Heir Lift Balloons is an Atlanta-based company that was established in 2014. It was conceived from the desire to uplift and inspire others with the Word of God with inspirational messages of hope. The display of uplifting words is intended to encourage and celebrate while creating memorable moments.

Do the balloons come inflated?No. The balloons are delivered deflated.

Where can I inflate my balloons?You can purchase helium tanks at your local Party City or Walmart. Party City will inflate them at a minimum cost.

Can I pay for my order using PayPal?No, however we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other methods of payment listed on the checkout portal.

How long does it take to receive my order?Once an order is processed, it can take from 7-10 business days to receive.

Can we special order balloons in other colors and sizes?We have chosen the current selection for our launch; however, we plan to offer custom ordering in the near future. We have over 70 designs in the pipeline and working to release them upon production, so check our website periodically for new products.

What is the cost for Shipping?Shipping is based on the weight of your order and the zip code.

What if my balloons are defective?It is our commitment to ensure our customers receive the highest quality of care and satisfaction. We stand behind our products with a 100% guarantee.
